Job Description

The HRIS Analyst III is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and integration of HR systems that are aligned with HR objectives and strategy while facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs.

Essential Functions:

Serves as the expert for HR reporting. Designs, develops, and maintains scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, etc. to support analytical and business needs.

Provide support for HRIS inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and well as new integrations. Research and resolve HRIS problems, unexpected results or necessary process improvements; performing scheduled activities. Monitor and maintain interfaces between HRIS and internal/external vendor systems.

Identify business process changes within the HRIS ecosystem, which increases efficiency and improves user acceptance and overall experience. Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system improvements. Implement/update systems configurations. Serve as a liaison with third parties and stakeholders.

Review, test and implement system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application upgrades and/or fixes. Maintain HRIS tables, and document processes and results.


BS degree in Human Resources/Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience.

4-7 years HR systems technical experience, proficient working knowledge and understanding of HR systems.

Experience maintaining a high degree of discretion and sensitivity to confidential information.

Expertise in SaaS cloud technologies. Demonstrated systems implementation experience.

Strong SQL development and experience with API integrations.

Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office

Proven ability to identify and resolve problems with strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Attention to detail is a must.

Strong communication skills oral/written dealing with technical and non-technical subject matter.

Self-motivated and proactive with superior customer service skills.
