Job Description

Purpose Of Position:

To offer administrative support to the CEO, CFO, COO and shareholder/s; scheduling of travel department, manage charity contributions and Shareholders Services. To coordinate, collect and produce the quarterly Board of Director's book. To oversee the capital budget process to ensure necessary details are included on the request, and necessary approvals have been secured. Draft memos, letters and financial reports as needed. To extend a positive image of the company to all those with whom this position will interact. Anticipate the needs of the management team supported while maintaining the upmost confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions:

Administrative support for CEO, COO, CFO and owners. Planning and coordination of Advisory Board meetings. Facilitate communication between owners and company executives.

Gatekeeper for capital process includes updating capital project file, ensuring proper data included, tracking down missing info, keeping capital projects moving through the process.

Publish quarterly Board of Director's book – Compile board info, publish, print and distribute board books as scheduled for the quarterly board meetings.

Manage community contributions.

Scheduling all travel for Foster Farms Shareholders and company executives.

Special projects assigned by the CEO, COO, CFO, and Shareholders.


Minimum Qualifications:

AA Degree in Business or related field required

Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Front Page skills

Five plus years of experience supporting executive staff

High level of confidentiality

Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent judgement.

Notary Public or ability to obtain certification

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA degree in Business Administration

2+ years experience working with capital budget process

2+ years experience managing community/charity contributions

Physical Requirements:

Must have consistent and reliable attendance

Must have reliable transportation for business travel

Must be able to work occasional weekends
