Job Description

Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

Utilities MRO/SAP Expansion

1) PM transition to SAP, time verification and pm closeouts, notification completion, PM distribution.

2) Critical spares, Equipment survey, equipment manuals and data acquisition

Environmental

1) SPCC – ensure compliance is met and inspection documentation is accurate and complete (audits)

2) Emissions and equipment testing documentation filing and uploading.

3) Pressure vessel inspection documentation filing and uploading

4) File and maintain Hazardous waste manifest

5) Coordinate hazardous waste pickups

6) Provide assistance during audits and submittals

PSM/RMP

1) M.I. Audits – Update and maintain corrective action log, upload verification documentation and photos, provide assistance during audits

2) Daily rounds checklist – print checklist, receive/file checklist and create notifications for corrective actions

3) MOC’s – log updates, MOC tracking and initiation, file and upload documentation

4) ERP – Fit testing and training coordination and documentation, print and distribute ERP books, information updates

5) Incident investigations – Completed investigation tracking and filing.

6) Coordinate meter calibrations

7) Provide assistance during aduits and submittals

Waster Water

1) Daily logs – Print, upload and file documentation

2) External Load tracking – input data in excel spreadsheets and track truck tickets

3) Coordinate meter calibrations

4) Provide assistance during audits and submittals

General paperwork retrieval, handling and filing

1) Service reports for various areas – Fire suppression and extinguishers, emergency lights and evacuation systems, compressed air service maintenance, hot work permits, PAA/Ozone chemical logs, etc.
